Gentle handling
and a big capacity are not the only advantages of Convey-All tube
conveyors. They are also very durable. The belts should be able
to move millions of bushels before being replaced. As for the tube,
it really isn't a wear component.
Another advantage
is low power requirements. Because of less friction, the conveyor
uses less horsepower than conventional methods. Generally about
20 - 50 percent less power is required.
Conveyors also
maintain new capacity for life.
The hydraulic
scissor lift is standard on the larger units and is available on
other sizes. All undercarriages are heavy duty and built to last
for the life of the conveyor. Convey-All tube conveyors are available
in steel, stainless steel or steel tube with stainless steel ends.
